Property is good and the owner is very helpful. But while choosing this property keep it in Mind they dont have a full fledge kitchen only serves breakfast.

Tasty and simple breakfast. Appam, putu, idli, dosa, kadala curry, sambar, chutney, poori - it varies everyday. There is manthara beach in 10 minutes walk, the beach is clean and not crowded. You can walk to the cliff from here, it takes about 40 minutes by walk and it is a good morning walk. There are no restaurants nearby, you would have to go varkala cliff or town which are about 4 kms. Swiggy delivers here which is a bonus. Host can prepare food if you let them know three hours ahead. They have bikes for rent, and can be booked from their WhatsApp. Hospitality is good, host shares tips on our plans. Location is peaceful and calm.

The host was very friendly and guided us throughout in planning our day trips around Varkala. Also, property was very clean and rooms were spacious and clean. Overall very good experience. Their kitchen had limited options, but I believe most people would go to the nearby restaurants and cafes to taste the catch of the day.

It is a great place to stay if you want some time away from all busy tension. It is little far from all main beaches, but if you have a car, it is a great place or the front offices will arrange for you. The food - while we were there, we are the only guests, so they prepared what we asked for. We felt like we were in a family place.

This is a family-run resort that counts their profits in smiles, not rupees. The family is extremely warm and they cater to every whim and never say "No" to anything. The charges for the food and other amenities are reasonable and every service performed is performed from the heart. The bonus was that there is a secluded beach about a kilometer away, which you can reach by foot. Once you are on the beach, it is almost like it's your exclusive private beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It's Clean and Hygiene . Very good service and friendly owner. Very neat and clean Swimming pool . We enjoyed it a lot with the kids. Calm and bustle free property in this location with sea in walkable distance.
